Symbiotic Species
The establishment of an association very close between two species is an alternative to the direct competition as a survival strategy for the survival in biotic communities. This can be especially important for very diverse communities as reefs. Thanks to this high diversity we can find association of many organisms as crabs with sponges, echinoderms, cnidarians and much more.
